Arena REIT revealed the entry into voluntary administration once notifications about the condition of the childcare group came in.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was named as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have stepped in to oversee the running and financial status of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 got formal notice about the administration. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing an unclear fate while KordaMentha oversees the process.
